A HEALTHIER TOMORROW STARTS TODAY.

About PURITY Healthcare Consulting

Stephanie Morgan, Founder & CEO

I am a nurse, a mother, and an advocate for a healthcare system that works better for the people who need it most.

PURITY Healthcare Consulting was built from both my professional experience in healthcare and my personal experience navigating a fragmented system for my son. That experience taught me an important distinction: access to healthcare may exist on paper, but that does not mean a person can actually access or benefit from it.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University and am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with an clinical background and expertise in wound, ostomy, continence, and foot care. My experience has shown me that some of the greatest opportunities to improve health exist outside the walls of traditional healthcare—in people’s homes and in the communities where they live.

The challenge is not always that services do not exist. Often, the systems responsible for providing them are disconnected from one another. Healthcare providers, health plans, social services, community organizations, and mobile providers may operate within entirely different systems. A needed service can exist within the same community while the person who needs it remains effectively invisible to it.

That disconnect raises a fundamental question: How can we build healthier communities if we do not know who lives in them, what they need, or whether available services are actually reaching them?

The PURITY Model® was developed to help bridge that gap. It begins with the person—not the system. With the individual’s authorization, care can move beyond simply identifying eligibility or making a referral to actively connecting people with the clinical and community resources they need and closing the loop to determine whether care was actually received.

Technology supports this work without replacing the human relationship. Artificial intelligence can help deliver individualized health education in a person’s preferred language and at an appropriate level of health literacy, strengthen understanding and self-management, and reduce communication barriers. At the same time, patient-authorized information sharing can help bridge disconnected systems so that existing resources become meaningful access rather than services that exist only on paper.

For someone at risk of losing a limb, developing a preventable complication, or returning to the hospital, the distinction matters. Identifying a need is not the same as meeting it. Making a referral is not the same as creating access.

PURITY Healthcare Consulting is focused on closing that distance—bringing prevention, clinical expertise, education, and awareness to the people who need it most.
